Store Policies:
All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless shipped 2day . Here at ZippoPros.com aside from our already discounted prices we also offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100.00. All lighters are shipped without fuel. Nothing containing lighter fluids can be shipped via air due to US shipping regulations.
Shipping address differs from billing address:
For your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although it may slightly delay your order. As a security precaution, we request that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information right after the order is placed. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security purposes.
Order Processing
Orders placed after 3pm Central Standard Time are usually processed the next business day. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines suggest, you can always call us to see if we can meet your deadline. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs! We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.
Typographical Errors:
We do our best to check for errors. However, in the case that a product has been mispriced (through a typographical error), we will notify you and inform you of the actual price the zippo should have been marked. We will thank you for pointing it out.
Discontinued
We do our best to keep accurate inventory. However, due to Zippo Manufacturing discontinuing of some lighters, sometimes, there are things out of our control. If you ever order a lighter that we then find discontinued we will do our best to track it down else where. If we are unable to we will fully refund your money. We apologize if this ever happens.
